Bought myself a Samsung galaxy tap s8+ very nice to draw with. You should buy it if you don't want an iPad because it has Krita, which is completely free, and you can do animation on it. But there is one disadvantage I can't render animation in vidio or gif format because it requires ffmpeg. I have to throw the Krita files on my computer. But otherwise Krita on android suits me fine
